Merchandise

If you choose a customized jacket/vest for an additional $5, your name will be embroidered in white on the right side of the jacket/vest. If you choose this option, please type the name EXACTLY the way you want it on the jacket/vest. For example, you may want "My Name" or "My Name, RN" or "My Name, RN, CRNA". 

 

The jacket/vest will be embroidered with exactly what you type in the text box, so please double check for errors.  If you want the right side of the jacket/vest to be blank, then do not choose a customized option.

Once the order closes, we expect delivery to be within 2-3 weeks, but please allow for unexpected delays as a possibility!  If you are local to Memphis, or work in Memphis your items will be delivered to you- if you need your jacket shipped, please expect an additional flat rate shipping cost to be required.
